Sleep with the Angels

I lived in Brazil for several years (which is also where I met my amazing husband whom many of you know from staying here at the Castle). At night, it’s common for Brazilians to say to each other, “Dorme com os anjos,” which means “Sleep with the angels.” At first, I thought it was extremely cheesy and didn’t feel comfortable saying it back. But as I got to know their culture better, I realized it was said with absolute sincerity and kindness. Now, at night, when I turn the lobby lights off, and see the glow of this little angel’s candle, I hope our guests are having a heavenly night. So, to everybody staying at the Castle tonight, and to all our wonderful Facebook friends: Sleep with the angels!💖😇🌟
